This company has come up with a gear reduction starter with 100 % more torque than the standard overweight starter. The starter provides a 4.4 to 1 gear reduction and includes a roller bearing support and an heat resistant integrated solenoid which operates at extreme temperatures. The starter is much more compact than stock models, therefore it provides additional oil pan and header clearance.

This starter is made solid with a three inch steel driveshaft, supported at both ends by bearings. The stainless steel pinion shaft is externally splined to mate with the larger diameter, internally splined driveshaft. Even the armature in the high-speed motor is supported at each end with bearings. All totaled, there are five bearings in the motor and gear assembly. The manufacturer reports a 300,000 mile useful life for this starter and provides a two-year warranty.

Our second RV part and accessory selection comes from Gentex Corporation. This company is one of the largest manufacturer of auto-dimming rearview mirrors. They are leaders in the science of electrochromics, a system able to reversibly darken materials by applying electricity. The auto-dimming mirrors use a combination of sophisticated sensors and electronic circuitry to detect glare from rearward approaching vehicles and darken accordingly, making this product an outstanding crash-avoidance safety feature. The Night Vision Safety auto-dimming mirror detects glare and automatically dims based on the intensity to preserve the vision of the driver and make nighttime driving much safer.

Our last RV part and accessory selection is a tire pressure sensor. SmarTire is an innovative system that takes the worry out of tire wear, by allowing you to monitor your air pressure even while you're driving!
