Rail System Tonneau Covers

Covercraft's rail system tonneau design uses a full perimeter anodized aluminum frame that mounts in about 30 minutes without drilling, screws or adhesives. The tonneau covers hidden fasteners are so unique they were awarded U.S. Patent No. 5,553,652. They provide a smooth, custom look and theft-resistant installation. A special removal "key" is provided with each kit to make removal easy and fast.

This truck tonneau cover system includes the following features :

• Allows for an easy One-Person Installation. Requires only a 1/2" or 9/16" wrench or socket. (Flareside and Stepside models require additional tools.)
• Helps Increase Gas Mileage - By eliminating wind drag in the bed of the pickup. Very Important !!
• Patented Hidden Fastener - Fits into rail - no buttons or snaps to line up, just press in at any location. Sewn in place over a 4 inch area to reduce stress on the tonneau fabric.
• Custom Patterned - Designed to fit specific applications. Choose from six (6) textured vinyl colors.
• Slip-Joint Corners - Allow easy removal of back rail for loading bulky items in bed.
• Tailgate Opens Normally - No need to remove tonneau for easy bed access.
• Saddle Bow-Ends - Securely snap in place over clamps and aid in rain run off.
• One-Piece Side Rail Design - For easy installation and strength (shown with an unsewn fastener).
• Durable Corner Pins - Secure the front and rear rails and are easily removed for full bed access.
• Removal "Key" - Fits on key ring to allow easy tonneau removal in any weather.

Continuous Security Channel with Low Profile Styling

Covercraft's low profile rail system tonneau is offered in either a Zip&GO! style, which provides a continuous full-bed seal, or a traditional "snap" style with snap heads that are adjustable, to provide a tighter fit when needed. Both styles of truck tonneau covers use the same frame system and heavy-duty, non-shrink, textured vinyl tonneau fabric. You can access the bed from the front or the back with either style, and the tailgate operates normally when the tonneau is in place. The low-profile design looks great on any pickup.

• Full perimeter anodized aluminum frame installs easily without drilling, adhesives or tools.
• Zip&GO! tonneau features a durable Santoprene® extrusion that is pressed into a security channel in the rails. This creates a smooth, continuous seal around the entire pickup. It's easy to operate in all weather conditions, simply zip.....and go!
• "Snap" truck tonneau covers use a unique molded snap base that slides into the rail security channels. The snap base can be inserted two different ways to help tension the tonneau, if required.
• Both truck tonneau covers use super stable vinyl coated woven polyester/fiberglass for long life and minimal weather shrinkage and expansion. This material is a little more expensive, but in the long run well worth it, as it holds it shape during summer heat and winter cold.
• Special security strap allows tonneau to be secured to the front rail and locked in place (lock not supplied).
• Corners feature a nylon "security tab" that fits into a slot in the corner connector. This helps prevent the corner of the cover from lifting.
• Clamps install easily without tools. The arched bows aid rain run-off and rest on top of the clamps (except Sportside & Flareside) for maximum support.
• Truck Tonneau cover can be rolled up to the cab and secured with straps (included) when full bed access is needed.
• Rail system and hardware is warranted to original owner for the life of the vehicle, and the vinyl truck tonneau cover is warranted against becoming unserviceable for three (3) years.

Hook & Loop Tonneau Covers

This truck tonneau cover system is a Vinyl custom-fit and Ready-Fit version providing the following features :

• Self-adhesive, press-on hook strips adhere firmly around the top outer edge of the truck bed.
• Cover is one-piece construction using tough vinyl coated polyester fabric.
• Aluminum mounting channel installed at the front of the bed allows the tonneau to be easily removed or rolled up and held in place with tie-straps (included).
• Custom-fit patterns have tailored, rounded corners.
